<li><strong>Eat only when you are hungry</strong> – sounds crazy, but maybe you know what the terms “comfort food” 	are? <li><strong>Don&#8217;t eat while watching TV or 	movies</strong> – remove eating from sedentary activities. Watching 	movies or shows is fine, there is nothing wrong with it. But when 	watching becomes an automatic free pass to eat whatever you want, 	that is when the trouble starts.</li>
<li><strong>30 Minutes walk per day – </strong>make sure that you get some 	exercise everyday. A 30 minute walk is easy and it uses about 200 	calories for most of us men. Ideally, you would also do some 	strength training, but just do 30 minutes to start.</li>
<li><strong>Drink alcohol only on weekend</strong>s 	– beer and hard liquor has a lot of calories. When you drink a lot 	you are multiplying a lot of calories by the number of drinks 	involved.</li>
<li><strong>Limit eating fried foods to 	once per week</strong> – this includes any fast food. Burgers, fries, 	sugared drinks are loaded with calories that taste really good. But 	this needs to be a treat rather than a habit.</li>
</ol>
<p>If you follow these 5 habits, you will start to feel much better and above all will start losing weight.
